1. How any customers have we lost this year?
2. Why did we lose them?
3. Because ILBS spends all of his time on WOTB instead of working
4. How do we replace them?
5.Try to sell whatever we sell to other WOTB members
6. If this doesnt work?
7.Employ Camcan as Elevator attendant and invite all new customers to the 69th floor.
