Feeling very positive Col. Had a great day today! Got to the GP appointment with my CPN...

Got the correct medication (fingers crossed), had fish and Chips with dad and am starting back at work on Monday. Only 2 hrs a day but it's a start. I shall actually sleep tonight!!! How's you?
