I don't like liver.

But I think I'd quite like to try puffin anyway, just to say that I have (and to annoy the Don't-Eat-Veal types, who I'm sure would be enraged by the idea of eating a cute little puffin).

Do they cut the beak off? That the best bit of a puffin.
