Well - my thoughts
Goals are coming from his side. ALOT. Blackburn, Liverpool, Today...
Rarely tackles just jockeys and seems easy to get past
Doesnt win many headers.
Doesnt add much, if any, of an attacking threat - ala Mad Marc
Making Elly Benny drop back too much - ever noticed when wingers swapped, Benny came into it and Pilks disappeared.

Russ Martin in RB or De Leat in RB/CB
