Agree it's all about Lambo's formation. On the McVeigh interview, Holt did not seem that

keen to be the only player at the top. He said he's played it before and it was really difficult and thankless (although clearly, he'd prefer playing there than not at all).

I think when Lambert's playing this formation, he sees Morison as the best player for it. But Holt must be getting close to being picked from the start, Shirley?
