I thought it was interesting what he said last night, and thought you would think so too, especially since I hadn't heard it, or seen the video, before.

I agree completely that he does use the phrase 'the budget is agreed', and so apologise for using the negative of that term when suggesting the budget was flexible. An oversight on my part.

Sorry again for misjudging your sensitivity around this area.
