O Wroff of all knowledge - my mind's gone blank: what's the word?

"Yes we do need to use europallets as they're the only 4-way entry pallets we hold in stock, and we'll need to load them into the container in both......." what? Directions? Aspects? Positions?

There's a word, and I can't find it. I used "from both directions" in the end, but that doesn't quite do it.
