IMHO there are decisions given for handball, in and outside the box, that shouldn't be: I think the offence should be Gaining An Advantage By Using The Arm. In that sense, maybe the touch on the arm took the ball away from Mogga and therefore robbed him of a chance (that I'd be surprised if he'd scored from), in which case by my own rule it'd be a penno.

I'm glad he gave it! And I'm glad Hoss was on the pitch when he did.
