A'la Gareth Bale. No f**ker at White Hart Lane was moaning when he was charging up the left side of the pitch making chance after chance and scoring goals.

Under Lambert we don't defend from the attack backwards, we attack from the back upwards. What do people want, Naughton slotted into a zonal defence position, sticking to his patch and focusing entirely on his man, crowding JUST him out and focusing on JUST stopping the crosses getting in?

Or a player who makes a more total contribution to team and game?
