...it seems many of the Italian clubs have rich benefactors, e.g. the Agnellis (Fiat) at Juventus.
Also, I think the top Spanish clubs negotiate their own tv deals.
Generally, gate receipts form a smaller proportion of the total revenue than you might think. On the other hand, advertisers look at crowd sizes so it might make sense for some clubs to actually reduce their ticket prices to boost attendances. I haven't got any evidence to back that up, though.
