Logging back in again. It's that good.

It's a German film, set in East Berlin in the 80s, following a Stasi detective spying on a theatrical (playwright and actress) couple, who are suspected of being against the r?gime.

It shows his increasing involvement with and sympathy for them, and the steps he takes as a result.

It is brilliant, moody and extremely well acted and directed. If you remember the 80s it's especially poignant. I find it quite hard not to blub at the end. Uplifting yet also sad.
