Yeah the thing with the landlady is a bit weird as she owes me money from unpaid bills but needs rent in full at the moment. She had a breakdown in my flat last month about the cancer news. So it's all a little odd as she's lovely woman but it's weird she is relying on me paying the rent to pay her medical bills.
