well I've stayed in Newport and that was one of the top class ones

so can't really say about the others. But Newport is really nice, you get a lovely view, rooms are very comfortable and good bathroom (with shower). Nice bar area, and restaurant. Buffet breakfast everyday. The reception area looks very nice.
