if 75% of them say yes then an 'extraordinary motion' gets passed, meaning Chelsea pretty much own the CPO shares (and that includes proxy (postal) votes as well)
If a few people do want to be c**ts I think they'll get smacked down, to be honest - it's David v Goliath, very much so, but with no-one wanting defeat, just what's best for the club
