So proud of the team and the fans yesterday
Was speaking to a United fan on the train afterwards, and he said how embarrassed he was that our support humbled theirs. Walking back to the centre of Manchester, I asked a couple of 'fans' wearing United shirts the way to Picadilly station. ' I'm not sure, said one of them. Good they've got so much local support! And good to see Zak Whitbread resisting the lure of the prawn sandwich brigade to sit with the City fans. Top man!
