1) A proper midfield (not full of strikers playing out of position)

2) No Fizzy Pop donkeys. Where are their Fleming & Holt? They don't have any. They had Matt Jackson but reduced him to backup status before the season started. Ours were 1st choice starters all season in one case and until April in the other.

Their manager knows what makes the Prem different from the Fizzy Pop. Our manager thought the same thing would suffice
