You mean with underlined links, etc.?
Mines like that too - and I'm using Safari on a Mac. It's been like that on and off for a week.
Oddly it's fine using iCab but the same with FireFox. iCab's got some great filters for blocking adverts, wonder if that's anything to do with it?
