Why should another team and their fans be inconvenienced because flippin' Stoke are away to FC Kamchatka in the latter-day equivalent of the Anglo-Italian Cup?? What are they gaining from Stoke being in the competition? National pride?? Give me a break. The arrogance of some managers is astounding.
