the ref had blown to kick off, so wasn't in the game either, hence Henners had elbowed into the back of the player. The ref was still probably thinking about whether his watch had started, or whether he'd counted 11 a side etc

I think that's why the Millwall playere didn't react either, it was just seconds into the game

It amounted to nothing.

No idea about the keeper though
