I think Martins calm influence is a temp solution until January

Then Lambert might bring in a cheap experienced old head, much like when Wigan signed De Zeuw. If he has the cash available he may even be tempted to splurge the money on a younger version but I believe he would be more tempted to spend this on a striker. Saying a player (De Laet) is class but makes stupid mistakes suggests he's not really class. Would rather have someone who's consistently decent instead?
