...the wireless needs setting up in control panel (so pants suggestion won't work)
If it's not new then it could be on a different domain or network to your other ones - which bollockses Ralf's suggestion as well.
Can you not borrow a keyboard from a neighbour, friend, or something - you'd only need it for 10 minutes or so, to set it up
