complete F**kwit and technophobe needs help

this must be really easy to do but its proving v hard for me - i have very little reason to use pooters. Need to set out a page with a title (can do that) then make a border/frame that a pic can be stuck into middle of, then below that lines for writing on. i have office 2007 - whats best to use??? i have been at it for over an hour now and am losing it. so so easy for all of you i know. ta in advance TERRY FUCKWIT of Brundall
