you know, where the photograph of the big mac suggests what you'll receive is a puffy large fresh roll with fresh crispy lettuce, stacked with other salad, and what you actually receive is a s**tty little dry bun, with a tiny limp dark bit of lettuce and thats ya lot!
it was enough to piss michael douglas off in "falling down!".
