How is he above our current level given we are a prem team?

and also given that he couldn't get in our team last season and our midfield is now stronger?

Bit torn on Lansbury. He has some genuine quality which you can see when you watch back the season highlights dvd and not how many goals/assists he was involved in. I also like him as a character. On balance therefore would welcome him back.

Having said that he went missing in games quite a bit and did not impose himself on games enough for me. Because of this he did not do enough to earn a start ahead of fox, crofts, wes and Surman etc. For this reason if he does not come back its not a disaster.

I also can't believe he'd rather move to Blackburn than us given his southern roots so if we want him I suspect we can get him. If he goes elsewhere suggests we were never in for him.
