Yep....
If you don't have much time the Blue Lagoon (thermal pool) near the airport is recommended, and a drive around the coast east of Reykjavik is great. The scenery everywhere is pretty stunning, and Reykjavik is a damn fine city, with some very nice, but slightly nutty, locals. *VERY* expensive though!
