I've been on a little recky around the area for foorty pub and can report....

Had 3 games of pool in the rose with a cheeky young lad who wiped the floor with me 3 - 0, his father bought me a pint as he plays for Norfolk, wish I had been told before. Next time young man next time. The Rose aren't having the game today because their satellite isn't setup but the Kett's their sister pub is. Info over. Oh, I got a piece of steak for my dinner from the newly opened butchers on Queen's road, special price 4:50 instead of 3:50. Good butchers.
