Neglect at emergency level is rife in this country

people are dying in ambulances outside casualties, because there's no resources at a and e to deal with patients immediately

This government has just assumed there's no breaking point to their actions

To the point where it takes a 3rd day of rioting before the prime minister decides to come home from his 'holiday' to sort it out

Whilst he's sorting it out, he should try and explain what a holiday is to poor people who probably haven't had one for years
