have you got a wired connection going into a pc?

Turn that pc on, they'll probably be a configuration test which involves you just clicking something, and it saying "configuration successful"

Once you do that, all services will be available

If it's just saying the signal is excellent, but a page won't load. I'd simply turn the router off, and back on again. It's probably just permissions thing

If it's still not working after both those, then it's maybe a timing issue with your contract set up (ie, they've sent you the hardware early, and haven't got round to giving you permission at their exchange)
