I don't know this, but what happens in areas where there aren't pro teams?
There must be large swathes of the USA which are very distant from a top, top team. Where people can't see top, top players, Ruud. Joking apart, what sport do these people watch? Only what's on TV? So you don't get to watch your local team (as it doesn't exist)? Or is all at a lower level, like village cricket or college basketball? I don't know, that's why I ask.
