It says we have to give them the min 10% (for grounds under 30,000)

It doesnt say if they can give them back to us?

I am assuming they can.

I think we are one of the few clubs that can sell the seats if they dont sell their full allocation.

I am thinking the uncertainty will keep a few Stoke fans from making plans.
