lucid dreams...

has anybody on here had any experience with lucid dreams?

i had one last night and it was ridiculous....obviously after a few seconds i realised and moulded it into what i wanted.
i have no idea how/why i had it though.

apparently you can make yourself have them by asking yourself "am i dreaming?" constantly throughout the day
i'm going to do this tomorrow and hopefully have another one
