How much do you pay for one of those in the UK these days ? Always

surprises me.

I earn what I would consider a fairly decentish salary, and I'm still making do with an 8 year old Ford Ka (mind you, not the highest prio for me since I only drive it 2 or 3 times a week). But no way I could afford a brand new one these days.
