fielder tried to stop the ball going for four

he did, but thought he hadn't. His body language suggested to the batsmen that it was a four and tgerefore the ball was dead. Bell wondered down the wicket - it was tea - and the Indians whipped off the bails.

A few considerations:

1 Definitely out
2 Possibly not in the spirit
3 Bell was dopey
