We should become the world's first club with an Interactive Manager (tm)

The cluib continues to employ fitness staff, playing coaches etc. But some of decisions previously made by a manager (ie team selection and transfers) would be decided by a vote on WOTB. The team would be posted by (say) Friday lunchtime and transfers would be voted on as and when bids were made or contemplated.

We'd have to get Ben to devise a way of stopping XXL voting more than once or we'd still be stuck with Holt, but other than that it would be brilliant. After all, we've picked the best team all season, haven't we?
