Whelan has told him he'll get everything from any player sales

It's still a matter of time before Wigan drop though, and when they do they won't come back up that quickly.

I agree Whelan has done a lot for them, but he has singlehandedly kept them there for 6 seasons now, and still the fans aren't selling out the ground. I mean look at our away tickets there...?20 for adults...unheard of in the Premier League, that's how unpopular football is u there compared to rugby.

He's a nice guy, and it's good to see him putting money in something he clearly cares a lot about, but one man can't keep a club up forever.

I can see us definitely finishing above them this season, as well as QPR and Swansea....In my eyes it'll be QPR and Swansea for the bottom 2, and then probably one of Wolves or Wigan or possibly Blackburn for the last relegation spot....

On a positive for us.....if they do sell N'Zogbia and Rodallega then even if they get players in straight away to replace them then they will only get a couple of weeks to train with the team, so will struggle to gel properly in that time. That can only work in our favour on the opening day of the season. If anything it'd be even better if these transfers drag on for another week or so to play in our hands even more so.
