Playing in green, surely this is a disadvantage?

I can recall Man Utd playing in grey a few years back and the players claimed (looking for an excuse?) that they could not see their fellow players due to the kit colour and they changed strip at half time. Now we are playing in green so in theory the players will be harder to spot?
