Valencia !!!!

It's a hidden gem!

Really easy and cheap to fly there, and you won't need to hire a car as public transport is brilliant and clean, and it is very easy to walk around.

The cathedral is amazing inside, lots of good restaurants, brilliant market, the sea world centre is the best in Europe (they even have beluga whales). Gorgeous beach, etc. etc. etc.
