Once had a bloke feigning stress but had to play the game as in NL employees are

very protected. After about 3 months of playing this game, I'd finally got the guy to the point where he was working 50% again, and really had no reason not to ramp back up to 100%. Then the HR girl sent me an email saying something like "Look, I'm sick of this. We know he is bloody lying anyway and there's nothing wrong with him. So just get him back to 100% sharpish".

And then cc'd him.

A broad grin from ear to ear the second he read it. Of course he used it to claim the company were pressuring him to rush back and ended up with another 2 months off.
