Say Liverpool basically play their first XI all season next season, and win the title.
Last game, they're playing our relegation rivals.
They let their first team go on holiday a week early, and play their s**t second XI, who've hardly played all season. They lose, and so we go down.
Is that all OK? Guess it's just luck of the fixture scheduler. But we'd be annoyed.
