If he plays at least 3.43 games out of every 9 then the overall points ratio will increase per game by 1.12, over a season thats 12.40 games, thats reliable as its the system used in NFL calculations.
No other player offers that on the 3.43 scale, which is the EPL mean over the last five years, the nearest is Surman on 11.01 and he's off to Leeds or Forest, so you're lookinga t some guy like Fox (10.34) and Tierney (9.65).
