At least with the unknown and unproven there is a chance they could work out.
Before last season none of the big clubs had Charlie Adam on their radar yet by Jan we had Liverpool and Spurs making huge bids......
I think not knowing how we will do this season is the most exciting part.
If we pull off the miricle and stay up it will be amazing.
If we can achieve a mid table position it will probably be Lamberts last season at the club.
He would look like the Wizard of un-f**king-believable.
I have this funny old feeling we are going to shock the world this season.
Maybe its my heart ruling my head.....but my heart predicted we would finish 2nd last season.
