I think he should be more...

agressive and up front. The past means nothing really (unless we'd been playing superbly and been really unlucky, which we haven't), so he shouldn't bother talking about that. He should put a little pressure on the players and demand a big performance. He may well do this behind closed doors, but it would be nice to hear it in public I think.
