Sports personality of the year.....

From the list of winners below its pretty sick that Phil Taylor has just one 2nd place vote considering he has dominated his sport for such a huge period of time.

Has anybody dominated a sport for such a long time?

I dont even like Darts but if you got to his wiki its just sick the amount of tournaments he has won.
