I think both their legacies call on this fight, without it they'd both look back and think, we really needed that fight to define our career. Mayweather is now fighting a quick and strong southpaw, and with manny looking pretty poor against Mosely, i fancy he thinks its now time to fight him (hence why he's fighting ortiz) which i think is in prep for manny.
