just received an emailed cv with a letter of recommendation

From some old biddy looking for a job as a receptionist.
Impressive employment history, working for several
large companies as personal secretary. Good level of
English too. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but
there was something wrong with the letter that she
sent. Then I realised that she was doing a carriage
return at the end of every line. For f**ks sakes, does no
one in this country know how to use a bloody computer?
