Yeah, I think it's very easy there to avoid tax. I read an innteresting insight yesterday

waelthy Americans an Corporates aren't taxed as heavily as the state would like. The theory was that, because they have elections of aome sort going on almost perpetually, no politicians want to frighten off would be contributers by taxing them more.
