FAO Jaffa, re my quest. I have spoken to dave and he's all for it (apart
from the banning rugby bit)
However he says he doubts we'll get it past Sept Blatter unless we can bung him. He says he's got no money as Gordon Brown spunked it all on scroungers and that I'll have to pay.
I reckon it's a non starter
