The Norwich racialist has been sentenced

A 23-year-old man who tweeted racist comments about a Norwich City footballer has been ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work.
Luke O?Donoughoe, of Johnson Place, Norwich, used social networking site Twitter to comment on the club?s latest signing James Vaughan.
The incident was investigated by Norfolk Constabulary following a complaint from a member of the public and O?Donoughoe was subsequently charged with sending an offensive message by public communication network under the Communications Act 2003.
O?Donoughoe appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court today Monday 20 June where he pleaded guilty to the offence and was sentenced to a 12 month community order and 120 hours of unpaid work.
