Yay you understand bw. I will have been there 3 years come Christmas on a fixed term..

and I'm hoping they renew my contract. It's impossible in a way that you do so much for a business and watch people who couldn't care less just enjoy being permenant. With the government review, a lot of people in the building said I hope they close the place and then we can get out of it. I don't understand that, I want a permanant job!! I work with so many people that care in the system and I was very ill many years ago and care a lot about the people who phone to make claims. It's not a business, it's about care for people who can't stand up for themselves (ESA,IB). What happens to them if we don't? Sorry if that's a rant.
