The Dildo brothers have a personal fortune of around 700 mil between them, I wouldn't worry too much about them being in any sort of financial strife. The gloomy picture painted by Gold is just spin to manage fans expectations.

WHU fans do not want the OS either, they also don't want Spurs in their borough. Lesser of two evils probably. As part of the deal WHU also have to give their current ground away for redevelopment.
